SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT

Forest low angle view of trees and sun

It is often a big step when a person, family, or couple decides to get help from a therapist. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, express your feelings, build on your strengths, learn new skills, and try out new ways to communicate in order to help you make positive changes in your life.

Consultation to Treatment Programs, Therapeutic Day Programs, Schools, Law Firms, etc.

Fees are substantially higher than psychotherapy fees and are based on complexity and scope of work to be contracted. Contact Dr. Shapiro for more information.

Every individual, couple or family presents with unique situations. I am often asked questions like:

How do I help my anxious child get over fears and stop worrying so much?

What can I do to make my relationships work better?

How do I become more confident in social situations?
